The Commission Procedure 𖦹₊⊹

Below is the step by step of what you need to do to commission me! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

If this page is too overwhelming for you, I also have a Google Form version for a more simpler and quicker way to commission me!

  1. Email me your discord username, your age, and the details of what you want (alongside with your references and moodboards if needed)

  2. We will discuss the specifics before I start with the art piece.

  3. After the Sketch is approved, you will pay the first half, then pay the other is after the piece is completed.

  4. Depends if you want it, I will update you on the piece at each stage (ideation, sketch, render and so on)

  5. Finally, you recieve your art!

Terms of Service 𖦹₊⊹

General

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason!

Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and RM unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made through approved payment methods.

  • A deposit of [50%] may be required before work begins.

  • Final artwork will only be delivered after full payment has been received.

Process

The commission process generally follows:

  1. Payment confirmation

  2. Sketch phase

  3. Revisions

  4. Rendering/finalization

  5. Final delivery

Work will not begin until payment requirements are met.

Revisions

  • Up to 3 revisions are included during the sketch stage.

  • Minor adjustments may be allowed after rendering.

  • Major changes requested after sketch approval may incur additional charges.

Turnaround Time

Estimated completion time is 1 weeks at best.Delays may occur due to illness, emergencies, workload, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of significant delays.

Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide clear references and instructions.

  • Respond to progress updates within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Ensure they have permission to use any reference materials they provide.

Copyright and Ownership

The artist retains all copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.The client may:

  • Use the artwork for personal use.

  • Post the artwork online with credit to the artist.

The client may not:

  • Claim the artwork as their own.

  • Remove artist signatures or watermarks.

  • Resell the artwork.

  • Use the artwork for AI training datasets.

  • Use the artwork commercially without purchasing commercial rights.

Commercial Usage

Commercial rights are not included unless explicitly purchased.Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Merchandise

  • Advertising

  • Branding

  • Product packaging

  • Monetized content

Additional fees apply for commercial usage.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at the artist's discretion.No refunds will be granted after substantial work has been completed.If the artist is unable to complete the commission, a partial or full refund may be provided depending on the stage of completion.

Cancellation

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission if:

  • The client becomes abusive or inappropriate.

  • Required information is not provided.

  • The client repeatedly violates these terms.

Display Rights

The artist may display commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, commission sheets, and promotional materials unless a private commission has been agreed upon beforehand.

Agreement

By commissioning me and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  • Can I post the art?

Of course! Just be sure to credit me properly!

  • Can I use it as a profile picture?

Why couldn't you? I'm sure it would look amazing!

  • Do you draw furry characters?

Unfortunately not. I don't seem to have the magical hands to do so. hehehe.

  • How long does it take?

Depends. If it's a simple front facing character, I could do it in 2 days max. If it's very detailed, I'd say a week or two?

  • Do you accept rush orders?

Highly depends on how much of a rush it is. I'd say if it's within 2 days and it's really complicated, then no. so sorry.
